• Conduct Visual and measurement tests on garments


• Maintaining Buyer COC on "Product Safety Rules & regulations (PSR)" also evaluate.

• Able to identify root causes of quality failures and drive a continuous improvement plan (CAPA) in production.


• Participate in the preparation of product usage and precautionary label instructions.


• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.


• Creating analytical reports of safety data.


• Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe.


• Technical audit/evaluation should be followed


• Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or awareness-type training sessions.


• Must follow up on familiarity with snap attachment, Button attachment, pull test system, Metal detector machine or 9-point check system, needle control policy and chemical hazards.


• Any other job assigned by the management.
