MCTL Global Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Health, Safety, and Environment Officer

We are looking for passionate and experienced HSEQ professionals to join our team on a project basis in Bangladesh. As a global leader in HSEQ training, certification, and industrial services, MCTL Global is committed to fostering a safe and compliant work environment for all our clients.

We are specifically seeking two Safety Officers with 1-2 years of experience in overseeing steel building erection works.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing and monitoring HSEQ policies.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Delivering effective safety training to employees.
  • Investigating incidents and proposing robust preventive measures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Occupational Health and Workplace Safety.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
