Mobile App Developer with expertise in both Flutter and Kotlin

to join our Narayanganj office.

Role Overview

We are hiring a
Mobile App Developer (Flutter + Kotlin)

with
2–3 years of professional experience

. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform and native Android applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in
Flutter/Dart

for cross-platform apps and
Kotlin/Java

for native Android development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    mobile applications

using
Flutter/Dart

and
Kotlin/Android SDK

.
- Build and optimize apps for
both Android and iOS platforms

.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to implement features and improve usability.
- Integrate
RESTful APIs, Firebase services, third-party SDKs, and payment gateways

.
- Build
responsive UIs

across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Implement and manage local data storage (
SQLite, Hive, Room

).
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Manage version control using
Git/GitHub/GitLab

.
- Participate in
requirement analysis, R&D

, and contribute to product innovation.
- Deploy and maintain applications on
Google Play Store

and
Apple App Store

.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience

in mobile app development.
- Strong knowledge of
Flutter/Dart

for cross-platform development.
- Strong knowledge of
Kotlin/Java

for native Android development.
- Solid understanding of
mobile app architecture

(BLoC, Provider, GetX, MVVM, or MVI).
- Proficiency in
Firebase services

(Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
- Experience with
REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations

.
- Knowledge of local databases (
SQLite, Hive, Room

).
- Familiarity with
OOP principles, clean architecture, and state management

.
- Experience with
unit testing, UI testing, and performance optimization

.
- Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

(Gradle, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins) is a plus.
- Strong
debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

.
- Bonus Skills:
Jetpack Compose (Kotlin)

native iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

, or other cross-platform tools.
- Bachelor's degree in
CSE/EEE/IT or related field
