Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for driving higher platform engagement app traffic from new and existing base, by creating innovative, intuitive, and gamified customer journeys, to drive higher and loyal customer base. The role will accomplish the expectations via various capabilities, tools, and platforms, either by developing or designing them from scratch, or partnering with various contextual vendors.

The role will also need to engage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, analyze, design, run, and monitor gamified and innovative campaigns. The role is also expected to gather the knowledge of the customer (internal/external, business/industry) and operational experience while analyzing customer feedback and analytics, to prioritize the direction and desired outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define strategic enablers needed to drive platform engagement and app traffic.
  • Devise strategies to drive platform MAU to DAU conversion, session time, and engaged base.
  • Design and develop features to deliver the engaged and gamified platform journey and experience.
  • Create product roadmap, backlog, detailed GTM, and strategy to align with that vision.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to run design sprints for ideation, user research, prototyping and testing.
  • Develop user stories, create first level wireframes, and prepare final UI with the help of UI/UX team.
  • Oversee and lead all stages of product creation, including design and development.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize them based on requirement, impact, effort, and time constraints.
  • Design communication and promotion plan, along with marketing team, for an effective and successful GTM execution.
  • Constantly explore the industry and ecosystem to remain updated and to find potential partners to work with.
  • Maintain engagement calendar with key events (Sports, Entertainment, global days) upcoming and plan beforehand.
  • Design detailed POC (Proof of Concept) for potential new product or feature ideas, set up success criteria, monitor, and measure to take call on the outcome.
  • Coordinate and prepare the business case with the help of relevant teams.
  • Regularly participate in scrum meetings and product sprints, alongside product owner.
  • Stay up to date with every KPI of MyGP and the targets for each quarter and month to be able to drive the KPIs with own products.
  • Maintain consistency to pitch new product ideas and present existing product performance to different forums.
  • Assess partner/vendor based on their offer, capability, and capacity to cater to work need.
  • Work closely with finance, sourcing, regulatory, and other cross functional teams to facilitate the negotiation process when required.
  • Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve user experience and revenue growth.
  • Understand data tools and work closely together with central BI team to enrich the data availability for granular monitoring of the features.
  • Optimize the journeys for better conversion and better user experience.

Education & Skills:

  • Graduate in BBA/CSE/EEE, or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in Agile, UI/UX, Scrum Methodology, Digital Analytics, Project Management is an added advantage.
  • Tech-savvy enthusiast with good understanding of overall telco and digital business ecosystem.
  • Thorough understanding of SCRUM & Agile way of work.
  • User story writing and wireframing skills.
  • Familiar with the use of Figma, Jira, Trello, GA, Facebook analytics and other such project management, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of effectively running and interpreting results of experiments.
  • Proactive and highly energetic to achieve goals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with entrepreneurship mindset.
  • Great attention to details, with ability to think both convergently and divergently.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and enthusiastic team player.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital/Technology/Commercial department, of a Telco/Tech-reliant company.
  • Experience in Product, Platform, and Project Management will be an added advantage.
