We are looking for a
Growth & Sales Executive (SaaS Focused)
to spearhead customer acquisition, SaaS product sales, and digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in startups, wearing multiple hats across sales and marketing to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

SaaS Sales & Business Development

  • Drive end-to-end SaaS sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, calls) and inbound lead nurturing.
  • Understand customer pain points and position our SaaS solutions (HRTech / AI-powered recruitment tools) as the best fit.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (MRR/ARR growth).
  • Work with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and industry events.

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to increase visibility and inbound leads.
  • Manage social media presence with engaging content.
  • Create and manage digital ad campaigns.
  • Write and optimize marketing content.
  • Run targeted email marketing & drip campaigns to nurture prospects and reduce churn.
  • Monitor analytics and report ROI across digital channels.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years
    of proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or growth roles (preferably B2B SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling HRTech, AI-driven, or recruitment SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and global recruitment workflows.
  • Prior exposure to global markets (US, UK, Canada, EU, or Asia-Pacific clients).
