Role Overview
We're seeking a
Sales Lead
who is energetic, proactive, and deeply connected in the community. This role is more than sales—it's about
building relationships, inspiring trust, and leading Eventa into new markets
. You'll work closely with the leadership team and have direct ownership over growth, partnerships, and event success.
Offer
: Eventa gives opportunity to earn up to
BDT 60,000
with a starting base salary of monthly BDT 25,000 to BDT 30,000 (Subject to increase based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive
sales growth
by acquiring new organizers, vendors, and partners to join the Eventa ecosystem. - Build and
maintain strong business relationships
with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders. - Lead
outreach campaigns
in universities, corporates, and community groups to boost platform adoption. - Organize and manage
flagship events, activations, and roadshows
to showcase Eventa. - Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute campaigns that generate leads and sign-ups.
- Act as a
mentor to junior sales associates and interns
, building a strong, motivated team. - Identify, approach, and build relationships with event organizers, venues, institutions, and sponsors
- Onboard vendors such as photographers, caterers, entertainers, and other service providers
- Pitch Eventa to potential partners and clients to establish new sales channels & segments
- Lead a regional expansion strategy or focus on a specific industry vertical (e.g., campus events, private functions)
- Track all business development activity through CRM or structured reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams by relaying client feedback and market insights
What We're Looking For
- A graduate (preferably from Dhaka University or equivalent) with proven experience in
sales, business development, or community engagement
. - Energetic, extroverted personality
who thrives on networking, building trust, and closing deals. - Strong
public speaking and presentation skills
—someone who can own the stage at events. - Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, open to challenges, with the ability to
innovate on the go
. - Ability to work with
youth, students, and diverse communities
, making Eventa a movement, not just a platform. - Solid project management skills with the ability to
balance multiple initiatives
under tight timelines. - Already
well-connected
with local businesses, sponsors, vendors, and community leaders (a huge plus). - Fluent and confident communicator in both Bangla and English
- Passionate about startups, tech, and relationship-building

: Experience in business development, sales, event coordination, or client servicing
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
- Familiar with the latest AI tools and frameworks
