We're Hiring: People & Growth Executive at Agriventure Limited

**Location: Level-5, 60, Tribute to Tejgaon, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka 1215

Salary: BDT 20,000 per month**

At Agriventure Limited, we are building Bangladesh's leading full-stack Agri-FinTech platform, empowering farmers and transforming the agricultural value chain. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People & Growth Executive who will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our team culture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with Agriventure's mission and values.


• Ensure team members are motivated, engaged, and maintaining professional standards.


• Support People & Growth processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement.


• Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.


• Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth coordination between departments.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proactive, organized, and passionate about people and culture.
