Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dhaka for an Account Relationship Manager. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying client needs, and ensuring they are met through Axentec's innovative solutions. The role includes managing client accounts, proactively addressing their concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the role entails reporting on client satisfaction and identifying business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in communication, client relationship management, and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of connectivity solutions, cloud technologies, and business applications such as ERP, HRM, and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data management systems
  • Ability to meet targets, thrive under pressure, and focus on results-driven performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an account management or similar customer-facing role is preferred
