Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Dhaka. The Key Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, develop business plans to meet customer needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Day-to-day tasks include managing critical accounts, providing superior customer service, and identifying growth opportunities to drive long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts oversight
- Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Business Planning to understand client needs and drive strategy
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is a plus
