We're seeking experienced AI Engineers with advanced Python skills and proven expertise in designing, deploying, and scaling production-grade AI systems. You should have deep knowledge of machine learning, experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to architect end-to-end AI solutions. Strong leadership in technical discussions, mentoring capabilities, and extensive experience working with international teams are essentials.

Job Details:

  • Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday
  • Vacancies: 4
  • Experience Required: 5–8 years
  • Salary: BDT 140,000–200,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Must-Have
: Advanced Python expertise, production experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), proven track record of deploying AI models to production, experience with MLOps practices, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI systems and intelligent applications using Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Architect and implement sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex for complex document understanding and knowledge retrieval systems.
  • Design and manage vector database solutions (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) with optimized indexing strategies for large-scale semantic search applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English for leading technical discussions with international clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing strategic recommendations on AI implementation.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI development within the team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with multiple ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, with ability to choose the right tool for specific use cases.
  • Implement and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions including text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and text generation using Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
  • Work with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Google, Azure) for scalable model training, deployment, and inference optimization.
  • Proficiency in data engineering: ETL pipelines, Apache Spark/Airflow, and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for AI application deployment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree in AI/ML or related specialization is a strong plus.
