Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine prompts for generative AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems) to support marketing, copywriting, and automation needs.
  • Tool Integration: Research, collect, and implement new AI tools relevant to digital marketing, analytics, and content generation.
  • AI Modeling: Assist in training, fine-tuning, or customizing AI models for specific marketing applications.
  • Data & API Handling: Work with JSON, APIs, and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript preferred) to connect and automate AI workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategy, and tech teams to translate marketing goals into effective AI-driven solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and report on prompt performance using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, organized documentation of prompts, experiments, and model integrations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to an internal AI knowledge base and help upskill the team in AI literacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong understanding of structured prompting techniques, including JSON, schema-based, and instruction-based prompts
  • Understanding of digital marketing processes and use cases for AI within marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and structure.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting AI behavior and improving prompt logic
