About The Role
As an AI Engineer at Apex DMIT, you will work with experienced engineers to develop intelligent systems using modern AI technologies. You'll gain hands‑on experience in:

  • AI agents and intelligent automation
  • Image processing & computer vision
  • Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Data processing & model integration

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building AI agents that combine image, text, and contextual understanding.
  • Work on computer vision tasks such as classification, detection, and segmentation.
  • Help develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs.
  • Prepare, analyze, and clean datasets for model development.
  • Support prototyping of new AI features for products and internal tools.
  • Work with senior engineers to deploy AI models and APIs.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundation in Python programming.
  • Understanding of machine learning or deep learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • Basic knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.) OR NLP (transformers, LLMs).
  • Experience through university projects, research, GitHub, Kaggle, or competitions.
  • Curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and willingness to learn advanced AI concepts.
  • Exposure to LangChain, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent AI systems.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or cloud deployment.
  • Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices.
