Factory Compliance CSR Specialist

Actively support the implementation and enforcement of INTERSPORT PLB Compliance and CSR principles across the factory network. Schedule and conduct internal audits, ensuring consistent BSCI coverage and alignment with social compliance standards. Proactively identify CSR-related risks and issues, initiate appropriate mitigation actions, and escalate major concerns as needed. Drive progress toward full transparency in the supplier base and factory network. Contribute to the execution of INTERSPORT PLB's (Product Label Brands) strategy by supporting roadmap adherence and promoting accountability and continuous improvement across all compliance touchpoints.

GOVERNANCE OF INTERNAL IOF FACTORY CSR ASSESSMENTS

  • Conduct internal CSR audits and on-the-spot checks for all strategic factories within the assigned territory.
  • Deliver transparent, accurate, and unbiased assessment reports on compliance and non-compliance conditions.
  • Maintain and analyze audit results in the database to track KPIs and identify trends.
  • Plan and implement corrective action plans (CAPs), training, and improvement projects with factories; follow up on audit outcomes to achieve compliance and transparency goals.
  • Monitor audit expiration dates and ensure timely rescheduling in coordination with the department head and PLB Social Compliance team.
  • Follow up on CAPs and corrective actions, including investigations into Zero Tolerance (ZT), major, D or E issues, and whistleblower alerts.

ACTIVELY DELIVER THE COMMITEMENT TO INTERSPORT STRATEGY AND TARGETS FOR PLB COMPLIANCE

  • Demonstrate self-discipline in upholding the INTERSPORT Code of Ethics (COE); consistently communicate its principles during both on-site and off-site engagements with factories. Report any violations to the department head and follow established SOPs.
  • Verify the implementation of corrective action plans (CAPs) for identified non-compliance issues. Ensure that the INTERSPORT Code of Conduct and workplace safety standards are effectively enforced to protect INTERSPORT PLBs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Holder of training certificate for social/ ethical auditing
  • Experienced in social/ ethical/ compliance audits within manufacturing industry
  • Know-how and/ or strong interest in social compliance or/ and ethical sourcing, OSH
  • High integrity and strong sense of ethical practices
  • Solid communication skills

PROFESSIONAL/EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Minimum 4 years working experience in social audits and assessments
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge in Apparel, Footwear, Hardware
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Sustainability or Business Administration.
