Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur for a Factory Project In Charge. The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day factory construction operations, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and coordinating with various teams to ensure project completion. The role entails supervising site activities, maintaining project documentation, managing budgets, and collaborating with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications ( Skill and Attribute )

  • Project management and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
  • Experience with budget management and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge related to construction and building practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
