Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves overseeing employee benefits programs, organizing training sessions, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth integration and exit processes.
Maintain accurate and updated employee data.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company culture
Coordinate performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a professional manner.
Payroll & Compliance:
Prepare and process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy.
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring correct payroll inputs.
Liaise with finance for timely salary disbursement.
Generate payroll reports and analytics for management.
Training & Employee Engagement:
Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend engagement initiatives.
Plan recognition programs to boost employee morale and retention.
Administrative Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor and supplier management.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
Ensure compliance with office safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Handle company correspondence, document filing, and record keeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of professional experience in HR & Admin, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Freshers can apply too.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Expertise: Payroll management, HRIS, and advanced MS Excel
HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Administrative Skills: Vendor management, procurement, and office coordination.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Bengali.
Organizational Ability: Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
