Tasks

  • Manage and oversee the company's payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records related to taxation, benefits, and compensations in compliance with legal requirements.

  • Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to prepare financial reports and budgets related to payroll and employee benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding employment, taxation, and payroll administration.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes by collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, taxation, and HR administration.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in HR and accounting software, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
