We are seeking a visionary Founding Partner to join ALO, a next-generation ride-sharing platform poised to revolutionize urban transportation. As a pre-funding, equity-based role, this is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to co-create and execute our entire go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

ALO, inspired by the Bengali word for "light," is on a mission to illuminate the path for effortless, affordable, and accessible travel. Our service seamlessly connects riders and drivers, with a relentless focus on advanced technology, sustainability, and community.

What You Will Do:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Co-create and lead the execution of our comprehensive GTM plan.
  • Business Leadership:
    Drive market research, financial modeling, and strategic business planning.
  • Partnership Development:
    Identify, build, and nurture key partnerships with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Fundraising:
    Spearhead all fundraising efforts, from pitch deck creation to securing our seed funding round.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for early-stage ventures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and strategic business planning.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Prior experience in the tech or transportation industry is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

A note on compensation: This is a strategic role in a pre-funding startup. The compensation package is primarily equity-based, with a salary to be introduced upon securing our seed funding round.
