Management Support Intern
who is eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, and compliance. This internship provides exposure to key operational functions in international trade while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality materials to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Support:
    Research suppliers, compare prices, assist in preliminary negotiations, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    Track shipments, prepare transport documents, and support route planning for timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Compliance Assistance:
    Help with import permits, customs documentation, and adherence to international safety regulations.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
    Monitor stock levels, maintain records in ERP systems, and support supply chain efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with Marketing and Finance teams to ensure seamless communication with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies (ERP experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Keen interest in global trade, logistics, and supply chain management.
