Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Graphic Designer at Strides Co in Dhaka. This creative individual will help shape Strides Co's brand identity by developing visually appealing content across our digital platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to produce on-brand visuals that captivate our audience and convey Strides Co's premium and contemporary style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fashion-Centric Content Creation: Develop and design visually engaging graphics that showcase Strides Co's products and services across social media, the website, and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Content: Produce trend-inspired graphics, digital lookbooks, and short video clips tailored to platforms like Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube.
  • Product Styling and Presentation: Assist in presenting products through visual storytelling that connects with our customers. Include styling tips and outfit suggestions that bring out the unique character of each piece.
  • Fashion Trend Awareness: Stay updated with global fashion trends and graphic design trends to create fresh, relevant content. Bring new ideas to brainstorming sessions, using insight into current trends to enhance our content strategy.
  • Consistent Brand Image: Uphold Strides Co.'s visual identity in all content creation. Follow brand guidelines on colors, typography, and tone to maintain a polished and cohesive look across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role with a portfolio that showcases digital design skills, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Canva. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Fashion-Focused Content Creation: Ability to create visually appealing fashion content that bring consistency to Strides Co.'s digital presence.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing deadlines and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and visual communication skills to help convey Strides Co.'s brand voice.
