Strides Co is looking for a friendly, energetic individual with an obsession for customer experience for the role of 'Customer Experience Agent', mainly working in the evening shift (6 pm onwards)

The candidate must have the drive to execute all customer requests to ensure Strides Co provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.

Candidates must have interest and understanding in fashion to assist customers accordingly, as well as high proficiency in mobile phone and computer messaging to efficiently serve customers.

Candidates must have in their possession a high quality smart phone and laptop, whic are able to use required mobile and desktop apps (Facebook Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram). 24/7 internet connection is also required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and complaints, take and process orders, and track customer journey across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Knowing Strides Co products inside and out so can answer questions correctly.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers on online order process.
  • Provide accurate responses to questions about product fit, style, fabric, composition, sizes, product availability, and promotions via phone, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Work closely with logistics team and related departments to assist customers throughout the order and fulfillment process.
  • Assist customers with post-order issues - exchanges, returns, refunds, complaints rectification.
  • Label each customer accurately that comes through on Facebook or Instagram messenger for future retargeting purposes.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to operations team.

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bangla, ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers, and interpret customer needs.
  • Basic proficiency in math to be able to calculate order values, specified discount percentages, promo codes, refunds, and partial discounts to orders.
  • General knowledge on fashion to guide customers correctly - colours, fits, sizing, fabric etc.
  • Fast at typing on computer keyboard and mobile keyboard, and comfortable using computers and mobile devices
  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working with customer support is recommended.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
  • Experienced with Facebook and Instagram
