→ Front-row seat to a 0→1 startup. Work directly with the Founders on strategy, ops, partnerships, decks, data, and special projects. Every week is different. Imagine an MT program for future entrepreneurs.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

→ Shadow and support the Founder on strategy, operations, and partnerships.

→ Dive into research — markets, policies, people — and turn insights into crisp briefs or decks.

→ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to make sure things actually happen.

→ Prepare reports, presentations, and docs for investors, donors, and government partners.

→ Join meetings, take notes, chase follow-ups, and keep things on track.

→ Help plan events, campaigns, and initiatives that push the mission forward.

Basically: do whatever it takes to move iKORI one step ahead every day.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲

→ A recent university graduate — no experience required, but hunger and curiosity are a must.

→ Excellent communicator in both English & Bangla. Japanese is a plus

→ Obsessed with learning, solving problems, and building things that matter.

→ High integrity, humble, adaptable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

→ You think like an owner, not an employee.

→ Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Notion, ChatGPT, or whatever tool gets the job done).
