Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Strategic Partner
/ Director to join our founding team. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker and builder to co-lead a bold, fast-scaling business targeting a 1.5B domestic and $100B global market. You'll play a critical role in capital allocation, Communication, international market entry, and compliance—bringing leadership, capital, or deep operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction & Execution:
     Co-develop and oversee the company roadmap with a focus on brand building, vertical integration, and export expansion.
  • Investment & Capital Strategy:
     Lead funding rounds, investor relations, and capital deployment for both domestic and international growth phases.
  • Market Expansion:
     Spearhead entry into international markets such as Thailand, Nepal, Europe, and North America.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Leadership:
     Ensure global compliance, fair labor practices, and sustainable operations.
  • Team & Culture Building:
     Cultivate a purpose-driven and performance-oriented company culture.
  • B2B & B2C Development:
     Strengthen key partnerships across distribution, celebrity endorsement, and retail platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a Entrepreneur, Founder, Director, or Senior executive in FMCG, tobacco-alternative, or export-based businesses.
  • Strong network in domestic/international distribution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health-conscious consumer products.
  • Ability to contribute financially (investment/equity partnership) or operationally at a strategic level.
  • Familiarity with high-margin CPG, compliance-heavy sectors, or manufacturing ecosystems.

Partnership Terms (Flexible)

  • Equity Stake:
     10%-15% or negotiable based on involvement level
  • Profit Sharing & Voting Rights:
     Optional based on agreement
  • Exit Strategy:
     Available with term sheet guarantees or double folds.
  • Time Horizon:
     Short-term (16 months) and Long-term (3+ years) options
