Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive, based in Chattogram. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Additional responsibilities include identifying new marketing opportunities, developing campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication of brand values and services effectively to target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, collaborating with teams, and presenting ideas
  • Expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and execute.
  • Visit business areas, offices, and commercial zones for
    door-to-door marketing and lead collection
    .
  • Identify potential corporate and SME clients for internet and connectivity services.
  • Present Optihub's service plans, prepare quotations, and assist in closing sales.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and confirmed deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth installation and client satisfaction.
  • Support on-field campaigns, local events, and social media promotions to build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC / bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, ISP, or telecom is a plus (Freshers with passion are welcome).
  • Strong communication and convincing ability.
  • Must be confident, punctual, and willing to work outdoors and meet new people daily.
  • Basic understanding of Internet services or willingness to learn quickly.
