Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Marketing Specialist located in Chattogram. The Paid Marketing Specialist will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to successfully manage pay-per-click (PPC) and other paid advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting extensive market research, analyzing data, developing sales-driving strategies, and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives. The role also involves actively collaborating with teams and addressing customer needs to enhance campaign performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop data-driven campaigns
  • Skills in Sales and lead generation to drive business growth and achieve marketing goals
  • Ability to interpret campaign insights and suggest actionable strategies for optimization
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the tech or IT industry is an advantage
