Executives/ Senior Executive, Sales

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet established targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Actively source new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and property showings, effectively communicating our value proposition.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.

• Sales Reporting: Regularly report to the Team Leader on sales activities, challenges faced, and customer feedback.

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the local real estate market and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and post-sales follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience 4-6 years in sales, preferably within real estate or a related industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.

-Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in related fields.
