Creative IT Institute is seeking a visual storytelling expert with strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, and videography. As an executive Video Editor, you will be responsible for directing, shooting, and editing a wide range of educational, promotional, and social media content.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-

● Oversee and coordinate the editing process for course trailers, brand

campaigns, and promotional videos.

● Research and implement top-tier content production standards tailored

to different audiences.

● Edit engaging video content for advertisements, campaigns, and

educational promotions.

● Lead video shoots and manage videography to ensure

professional-quality outputs.

● Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and marketing teams to

maintain consistency and quality.

● Provide creative direction and feedback

● Perform advanced color grading, sound design, and motion graphics for polished results.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: -

● Proven experience in Video Editing, Videography, Motion Graphics, and Visual Communication.

● Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and related tools.

● Hands-on experience in camera operation, lighting, and shooting

techniques.

● Comfortable working on high-performance projects with tight deadlines.

● Ability to plan shoots, direct crews, and manage on-site production.

● Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset.

● Good communication skills in Bangla & English. It is a plus if you:

● Have experience working in edtech platforms, production houses or agencies

● Hold an educational background in Film, Media, Marketing, or

Communication.

● Know about scriptwriting, copywriting, and storytelling to ensure

the best possible outcome in content creation.

● Possess strong research skills and creative concept development

abilities.
