Tasks
Manage and oversee daily administrative functions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Administer payroll functions meticulously, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely fulfillment of service agreements.
Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while coordinating with external auditors as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration with an emphasis on accounts, HR, payroll, vendor management, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and HR management tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
