Job Overview
TurnQi Advisors is seeking a dedicated and disciplined
Finance & Administration Officer
to be placed at one of our most valued client offices (a foreign FDI company). The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day finance, treasury, and administrative functions of the client organization while working under the direct supervision of a TurnQi-appointed Manager.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, follow instructions carefully, and build a career in finance and administration within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute all finance, treasury, and administrative tasks for the client.
- Work closely under the supervision and guidance of the Manager, following instructions with accuracy.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle cash flow, payments, and bank-related tasks as directed.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative operations at the client office.
- Be prepared to work long hours when required to meet deadlines.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates may apply).
- Strong
English communication skills
(spoken and written) and
spreadsheet skills
– this will be given the highest priority.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions with discipline.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work
5 days a week
and extend working hours if necessary.
- Candidates residing in or near
Baridhara, Nikunja or adjacent areas
will be given preference.
- Previous experience in finance/administration roles will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

BDT 15K to 20K
(up to

for highly deserving candidates).
