About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Media Buying & Key Account Executive. This role combines media planning, client servicing, coordination, and reporting — dedicated exclusively to managing client communication and campaign activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at turning plans into impactful executions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, briefs, and project approvals.
  • Develop and execute media plans, monitor campaign performance, and prepare performance reports
  • Coordinate with creative, operations, and media teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, process invoices, and maintain accurate project and financial documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and outreach activities following EU visibility guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Work Experience: 2–3 years of experience in media buying, client servicing, or key account management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital media analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with international client projects will be an added advantage.

Office Schedule

Days: Sunday to Thursday

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh
