Senior Executive – Media Buying

Location:
Dhaka (Full-time)

Salary Range:
BDT 35,000 – 40,000 TK /Month

About the Role:

Renix Unani Laboratories Ltd. is expanding its digital media team

We're looking for a smart, analytical, and creative
Senior Executive (Media Buying)
to plan, manage, and optimize our paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.

If you're passionate about ROI-driven marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance tracking
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to maximize ROI
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for ad creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor competitors' activities and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in digital media buying (Facebook Ads & Google Ads mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Hands-on experience with
    GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and GTM
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
