Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Planner and Buyer located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Media Planner and Buyer will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and purchasing advertising space across various media channels to ensure effective and efficient use of the advertising budget. Responsibilities include analyzing target audience data, selecting appropriate media channels, negotiating media buys, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Media Planning and Buying, including strategy development and budget management
  • Strong analytical skills for audience analysis and campaign performance tracking
  • Proficiency in digital and traditional media channels
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in advertising or marketing industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
