Role Impact

In this position, the individual will lead comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, ensuring optimal media purchasing and performance outcomes. The successful candidate will employ data-informed strategies to maximize client return on investment (ROI) while managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including DSPs and performance and networks

  • Execute and optimize programmatic media buying strategies to meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and other analytics platforms to drive performance optimization.

  • Implement real-time bidding strategies and audience-targeting optimizations.

  • Conduct A/B testing of rich media and analyze creative performance metrics.

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and market insights.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising and programmatic media buying.

  • Strong expertise in GA4, MMPs, tag manager and campaign analytics platforms.

  • A proven track record in programmatic campaign optimization and real-time bidding (RTB).

  • Experience in digital media planning and purchasing across multiple platforms.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in Python or R for campaign analysis.

  • Knowledge of automated reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with creative optimization techniques.
