We are hiring - Executive / Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Location: Dhaka

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to support our financial operations in Bangladesh. This position offers an opportunity to work in a structured, disciplined, and globally aligned environment, with strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with company policies and standard practices.
  2. Prepare financial statements, vouchers, and necessary documentation with precision and timeliness.
  3. Ensure proper handling of VAT and Tax matters, including submission of returns and compliance with laws and regulations.
  4. Manage LC-related transactions (opening, amendment, retirement) in coordination with banks and internal teams.
  5. Support export-import procedures, including documentation, customs formalities, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and relevant authorities when required.
  8. Any other jobs assigned by the top management.

Requirements

  • Graduation in Accounting from reputed universities.
  • CACC completed with 2-3 years of practical experience, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding of VAT & Tax regulations, LC processes, and export-import operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience in accounting software will be an advantage (preferably QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
