What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the software development team to design modern, intuitive web and app interfaces using
    Figma
  • Translate user needs and business goals into interactive wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
  • Work side-by-side with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
  • Maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all digital products

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience of
    3-5 years
    as a
    UI/UX Designer
    with a strong
    Figma portfolio
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator
    (icons, graphics, UI elements)
  • Understanding of user-centered design, color theory, and responsive layouts
  • Basic knowledge of how UI/UX integrates with front-end development is a plus
  • Ability to work
    on-site
    at our
    Uttara, Dhaka office
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers and project managers
  • A growth mindset and passion for crafting impactful digital products
