Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We're seeking a **UI/UX Designer** with enterprise-level expertise, extensive experience, and a strong understanding of design principles. Since most of our projects involve **app and SaaS product design**, you should be adept at creating clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

You'll take ownership of design tasks, show leadership qualities, and guide the design direction when needed. This is initially a **contract-based position**, with potential to transition to **full-time based on performance**.

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (depending on skills)

Responsibilities:

* Design intuitive interfaces for SaaS and web applications.

* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern tools.

* Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure smooth design implementation.

* Maintain consistency across products with design systems and reusable components.

* Take initiative, share creative ideas, and support junior designers when needed.

* Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, mainly in SaaS or app-based projects.

* Strong understanding of responsive design and UX best practices.

* Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage design deliverables efficiently.
