We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in Figma and a passion for building modern, user-centric designs. The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive user interfaces for SaaS applications and an eye for clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design. Exposure to AI-integrated applications is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Design and prototype interfaces using Figma and other standard design tools.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.
  • Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, design systems, and emerging UI/UX trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in Figma (component design, auto-layout, prototyping).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
  • Portfolio showcasing modern, functional, and visually appealing UI/UX work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working on AI-integrated applications or knowledge of designing for AI-driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
  • Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience with usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, etc.).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
