Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of professional experience designing intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional digital products. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to craft seamless digital interactions that enhance user satisfaction and brand value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Stay current with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant UI and UX design work.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems.
