Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Manager located in Gulshan. The Support Manager will oversee daily support operations, manage the support team, address customer inquiries, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include problem-solving, team management, customer relationship management, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Management and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team management and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ISP services and technical knowledge in networking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a customer support environment is preferred
