Job Title: Associate Consultant– Data & AI

Location: Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Role Overview:
The Associate Consultant – Data & AI will be responsible for providing presales support and developing solutions for clients using Microsoft Fabric, Power Automation, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals through innovative technology solutions.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Presales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and analyzing customer pain points to provide tailored solution offerings.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Support demonstrations for prospects and existing clients on Microsoft Fabric, Data and AI tools, and enterprise content management products and services.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to gather requirements and assist in developing solution mappings, including proposal creation activities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Continuously improve knowledge of products and technologies to provide solution offerings and upskill internal and external team members.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and assist the sales team in upselling to existing clients.
  • Certification and Training: Work towards acquiring relevant product-related certifications and provide training to support presales activities.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in monitoring and developing strategies to identify and win new opportunities, and suggest improvements to presales and tender processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Some experience in pre-sales activities, with basic knowledge in Data and AI, Enterprise Content Management, and Content Services Platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Automation, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI.
  • Professional Certifications:
    Relevant certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Platform are a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
