Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Chattogram. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading the HR team. The role will also involve workforce planning, talent management, and acting as a strategic HR advisor to organizational leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent management
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and its application in workplace compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies to align with organizational goals
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification or degree in HR is preferred
