Position Details :

Job Title Executive - Commercial & HR Management

Location Padma Accessories Limited, CEPZ, Chattogram

Employment Status Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for two critical areas of the business:

  1. Commercial & Documentation Management (Primary Focus)

  2. Manage the complete commercial documentation process, including preparing and processing shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and other essential export/import documents.

  3. Liaise with customs, clearing and forwarding (C&F) agents, banks, and internal production/logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and smooth customs clearance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all commercial transactions and compliance documents.

  5. Handle B/L (Bill of Lading) and other trade-related correspondence.

  6. Human Resource Management (Supporting Role)

  7. Assist the HR department in daily operations, including attendance management, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records.

  8. Support recruitment processes, including posting job circulars, scheduling interviews, and preparing joining formalities.
  9. Help organize and facilitate general administrative tasks related to personnel management within the factory premises.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Management, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized university.
  2. Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in commercial documentation or administrative roles within a manufacturing or export-oriented industry (RMG accessories experience is a plus).
  3. Leadership Quality: Must possess strong leadership quality and the potential to manage responsibilities independently.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with relevant commercial software/ERP systems.
  5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  6. Other: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
