Role Overview

Ridmik Labs is looking for a highly creative
AI-driven visual designer
who can merge the power of AI with strong graphic design principles. The ideal candidate should regularly work with advanced AI tools and be able to transform concepts into polished, stunning, brand-ready visual assets.

If you love experimenting with new AI platforms, turning abstract prompts into beautiful designs, and pushing the boundaries of visual creativity, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Generate creative concepts using AI tools (Veo, Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).
  • Refine and transform AI-generated visuals into high-quality graphics for marketing, product, social media, and campaigns.
  • Producing visuals that will be incorporated into video editing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and Business Development team to produce branded design assets.
  • Create storyboards, mood boards, and high-fidelity visuals using both AI and manual design skills.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of AI trends, prompt engineering, and AI-driven creative workflows.
  • Optimise design outputs for different platforms (web, app, social, ads).
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with AI tools
    such as Veo, Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Ideogram, Runway, Leonardo AI, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design background
    with good command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Proven ability to turn AI-generated assets into professional-grade designs.
  • Excellent sense of composition, colour, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work fast, experiment often, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Strong communication and prompt engineering skills.
  • A strong
    portfolio showcasing AI-generated and traditionally designed work
    (mandatory).

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with animation or motion graphics
  • Knowledge of brand systems and UI-style design
  • Experience in creative marketing campaigns
  • Photography or illustration skills
