Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Dhaka. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts using graphic design tools, developing E-books, Magazine, Catalog, Profile, Portfolio, Product Catalog and all kinds of branding materials, designing logos, and working on typography projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals, ensuring all graphics align with the overall brand strategy, and staying updated on design trends and techniques.

Payments & Benefits

  • Commission-Based Payment:
    Compensation is provided on a commission basis, calculated according to the number of completed pages each month.
  • Above Average Rates:
    The payment per page is higher than standard salary-based roles, offering greater earning potential based on performance.
  • Growth Opportunity:
    After three months of consistent contribution, you will be considered for a Senior Role, which includes an increased per-page rate and additional benefits.

Job Qualifications:

  • Expert in Template creation, Cover page Creation alongside with Typography & Typesetting
  • Book Design, Catalog, Magazine, Profile, Portfolio, Logo Design, Branding skills
  • Quickest in Page creation, Fastest in Graphics Design
  • Experience in design software such as (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Ai Tools)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work
  • Must be good in English Writing & Reading
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Applicant will get priority who worked in Prepress area
  • Work on-site in Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Dhaka

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
