We are looking for a creative, ambitious Graphic & Motion Designer to craft impactful visuals for international campaigns. You'll design graphics, animations, and motion content using AI-powered and industry-standard tools—delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. If you're skilled in design, motion graphics, AI creativity, and social media trends, this is your chance to shine.

Job Details:

* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka)

* Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Experience Required: 1 year+

* Salary: BDT 25,000–35,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

* Must-Have: Strong portfolio, Good Design Sense

Job Responsibilities:

* Design graphics, illustrations, and motion content for campaigns.

* Create engaging thumbnails, infographics, and blog visuals.

* Produce animations, social media creatives, and video content.

* Ensure brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.

* Collaborate with marketing and content teams.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with a strong design/motion portfolio.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).

* Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Piktochart, VEO-3).

* Motion/animation skills with strong timing and storytelling.

* Ability to work fast, creatively, and under deadlines.

* Awareness of social media content trends and engagement.

* Knowledge of branding, typography, and layout.

* Understanding of digital marketing campaigns.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.\

* Interest in learning UI/UX.
