Key Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounts -


• Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.


• Support the global finance team with data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.


• Generate invoices and provide administrative support to the finance department.


• Coordinate with banks and ensure timely updates on account statuses.


• Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes.


• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and periodic financial reports

Marketing -


• Plan and execute brand and marketing campaigns and events, both digital and physical.


• Collaborate with the global marketing team to implement and manage marketing initiatives

Requirement –


• Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and financial practices.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools (Mandatory).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Mandatory).


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.

Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (BBA) in Finance or Accounting with Marketing

from a UGC-approved public or private university. (Mandatory)
