Job Summary

The Finance & Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing the bakery's financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting decision-making through proper financial analysis. This role requires close monitoring of costs, inventory, and revenue to maintain profitability and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Monitor bank accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper stock records for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Reconcile inventory movement with sales and purchases.
  • Monitor daily cash collection, deposits, and petty cash expenses.
  • Maintain daily customer ledger and bill collection
  • Daily sales report update.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
  • Preferably in the F&B, retail, or bakery industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
