Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Finance and Accounting, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Head of Finance and Accounting will oversee financial statements, budgeting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, preparing and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial guidance to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
