We're looking for a skilled and analytical Senior Executive – Finance to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyze product-wise profitability reports to guide strategic decisions

* Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, Macros)

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

* Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in monthly/quarterly closing

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to assess cost efficiency and pricing strategies

* Analyze cost drivers and identify margin improvement opportunities

* Generate management reports and financial presentations for internal use

* Support external audits with accurate documentation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (a test may be conducted)

* Strong knowledge of financial statements, costing, and margin analysis

* Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing sector preferred

* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

* Partly qualified professionals (CA, CC, or ACCA Part-2 completed) will be considered as having added experience.

Job Details:

* Salary: BDT 50,000 (negotiable based on experience)

* Location: Banani, Dhaka

* Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

* Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
