To achieve this, we are seeking a talented UI/UX Web Designer to join our team and drive impactful strategies to elevate our digital product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality web interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Translate business goals into user-friendly, visually compelling web experiences
  • Conduct user research and implement findings into design improvements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Lead design reviews and mentor junior designers
  • Stay updated on design trends, usability best practices, and accessibility standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for websites
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web-focused design work
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
  • Strong knowledge of UX best practices, user research, and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with WebFlow UI/UX design
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 40,000Tk. to 60,000Tk. (Depending on experience)
  • Yearly Salary Increases

  • Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Weekend: Saturday & Sunday

  • Yearly performance-based bonuses
