Senior Officer- Factory HR

Job Description / Responsibility

  • To follow-up recruitment, training, inactive process.
  • Make sure time to time update new joiner data, separation, worker increment, loan, leave, manual attendance, work shift in the HR software.
  • To prepare different types of HR reports and presentations.
  • To follow up the canteen, child care & security gate.
  • To manage the grievance & disciplinary action.
  • Responsible for manage all HR documentation.
  • To motivate and council workers on various issues.
  • Follow up on the PC member's activities.
  • Follow up on workers transportation and food facilities.
  • Make sure compliance in the factory areas.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Skills Required: HR Operation, HR Reporting

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have experience in the factory HR Operations.
